Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Which credit cards or payment types do you accept?

We accept credit cards including American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and VISA. In addition, Paypal is also available.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card during regular business hours. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.

What happens after I place an order?

When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a confirmation page, containing your Order ID number, customer and order details. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed.

You will also receive an email confirmation containing the same details. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.

How do I check the status of my order?

Do you offer delivery outside the Milwaukee area?

Yes, Greenfield Flower Shop provides nationwide delivery through our partner, Fleurop.com. Delivery is available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, as well as to a number of countries including Canada, the UK, Germany, Mexico, Japan, and many more. Visit our Send Out of Town page for more details.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, most items that are delivered by our shop are available for same-day delivery throughout our local Milwaukee delivery area. Your order must be received by 1:00PM CT to insure same-day delivery.
